Meet Blanca
CEO / Director
CPC (Contador Público Certificado) Graduated from Autonomous University of Chihuahua (UACH) School of Accounting & Administration in Chihuahua, Mexico in 1986. Throughout her career, Blanca has gained over 30 years of experience in general business and public accounting. Blanca moved forward with taking ownership of ProBkTx in 2014 and has since then shown her versatility and expertise by working with clients as sole proprietors, private industries, nonprofits, construction industries, partnerships, Corporations and private practices. Her extensive portfolio has proven her ability to solve any financial situation new clients may encounter.
Meet Robert
Assistant Director | Finance & Marketing
A graduate of New York University's Leonard N. Stern School of Business, Robert oversees daily operations, business development, and marketing initiatives. His blend of analytical thinking and creative strategy helps drive operational efficiency, strengthen client relationships, and support the firm's continued growth. He also leads staff development, hiring, financial administration, and collaborates with the Director on strategic planning and organizational improvement.
Meet Laura
Full Charge Bookkeeper
Laura has over 15 years of experience as a bookkeeper, with extensive experience with complex systems. Laura manages all day-to-day bookkeeping functions, ensuring the company’s financial records remain accurate and current. She prepares financial reports, reconciles accounts, manages accounts payable and receivable, and processes payroll. Her experience and attention to detail contribute to the high level of service our clients expect.
Meet Denise
Accounts Receivable Manager
Denise serves as a dedicated Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Manager for one of the firm's largest clients, where she oversees high-volume invoicing, collections, vendor payments, account reconciliations, and day-to-day financial transactions. She also prepares aging reports, monitors cash flow, resolves billing discrepancies, and works closely with management to support efficient financial operations. Denise's professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to accuracy help ensure financial processes run smoothly while allowing our client to focus on growing their business.
Meet Paul
COO / Manager
With over 10 years of experience, Paul plays a key leadership role in the firm's daily operations and long-term growth. He oversees billing, vendor management, and financial administration while working closely with the Director on strategic planning and resource allocation. Beginning his career as a bookkeeper, Paul's dedication and leadership have helped drive the firm's expansion throughout the Greater El Paso area.

Director Assistant | Full Charge Bookkeeper
Paola supports the Director in daily operations while overseeing full-charge bookkeeping and financial administration. She manages accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and financial recordkeeping, ensuring accuracy across all transactions. Her attention to detail and commitment to efficient office management help provide reliable financial reporting and exceptional service to our clients.
